Process

Five stages, no surprises.

Every interiors project moves through the same five stages. Each stage has clear deliverables, a published timeline, and a single project lead you can call. That is how we keep the work calm.

  1. Stage 01

    Discovery

    0 – 1 weeks

We meet on site or over a call to understand the brief, the constraints, the timeline, and the people who will live or work in the space.

    You receive

    • Discovery call & site visit
    • Brief document
    • Indicative budget bands
    • Engagement proposal
  2. Stage 02

    Design Brief

    0 – 1 weeks

We translate the brief into a single design direction — mood, material palette, layout sketches, and the project's ground truths everyone signs off on.

    You receive

    • Mood and material direction
    • Concept layouts
    • Lighting strategy
    • Sign-off package
  3. Stage 03

    Design Development

    1 – 2 weeks

Detailed drawings, joinery elevations, lighting plans, MEP coordination, and an item-by-item furniture and material specification.

    You receive

    • Detailed drawings
    • Joinery & furniture schedule
    • Lighting plan
    • Final material library
    • Vendor BOQ
  4. Stage 04

    Execution

    4 – 12 weeks

Civil, MEP, joinery, finishes and furniture happen in parallel under one project lead, with weekly site reports and transparent procurement.

    You receive

    • Project lead on call
    • Weekly site reports
    • Workshop production
    • Quality checks at each stage
  5. Stage 05

    Handover

    0 – 2 weeks

A final styling pass, snagging, art and accessory placement, a handover walkthrough, and a 12-month aftercare commitment.

    You receive

    • Final styling
    • Snag list closure
    • Walkthrough & care guide
    • 12-month aftercare
